    I have started using this website: www.myfitnesspal.com which has an app to help track food and count macros. Also in tandem with an app called RunKeeper, which is available on both Android and Ipoo you can track your running/cycling/etc and keep track of how far you are going, how many calories you are burning, PBs etc etc. The 2 sync with each other, well more so RunKeeper syncs with MyFitnessPal and records your exercises. The RunKepper also has a handy timing tool, though the ladies voice is annoying, that can shout out every x minutes. Good for circuits or training that involves time based exercise rather than distance/reps.

    I would suggest not drinking if you are young, no point trying to shread or bulk or any of that too much while your metabolism is still brutal and your body is still developing
