Ah, my Icarium, he's broken and misguided. Hm, if you don't have time I can make a thread.
Well, I don't really mind, I just think it can make my pace slower.
    Ah, thank you

'AURYN gives you great power,' he said solemnly, 'but you must not make use of it. For the Childlike Empress herself never makes use of her power. AURYN will protect you and guide you, but whatever comes your way you must never interfere, because from this moment on your opinion ceases to count. For that same reason you must go unarmed. You must let what happens happen. Everything must be equal in your eyes, good and evil, beautiful and ugly, foolish and wise, just as it is in the eyes of the Childlike Empress. You may only search and inquire, never judge. Always remember that, Atreyu!'

The last book I read, which was two day back was “The Perks of being a wallflower” by Stephen Chbosky.
I must say I was a bit prejudiced because it was a teenage story. I was expecting it to be all about parties, liquor, bitching and sex scandals etc, the typical teenage stories but I still started reading it.(because it had Emma Watson in the movie. Harry Potter fan here )
But I was wrong. I was pleasantly delighted that the book has all the elements mentioned above but has dealt with it in a more realistic and dignified way without vulgarity or cussing.
It was simple, straight-forward, witty, sarcastic and cute. The sensitivity, innocence and maturity with which the author has dealt with high school teenage problems, learning and growing up with your friends, importance of family and how these affect the psychological maturity of the children, rape, domestic violence, sexual abuse etc is commendable.
Although I was bit disappointed with the way the author handled teenage pregnancy, the book is whole package and a must read.
    Happy reading!
